when I try to upload a new mod, addon, block, etc. and it has an sql file, where/how do I install that file?

I'm using cPanel if that makes any difference.

a lot of times, most mods/add-ons/blocks already have the sql file where you just call it directly from your browser. If the mod/nlock or add-on your doing doesn't have then login to your PHPMyAdmin, click the SQL tab and input the sql codes directly in the box then hit go
