Should the images for signatures show?

All of mine appear like so:

I do not know where all of those extra characters come from.

Any ideas on how to fix?

With the standard install of Nuke, your images will show exactly how you explained in your post. The only thing which shows properly is plain text.

I found a fix a while back for this, and installed it on my site so the image, bbcode and html all show as they are supposed to. If I remember correctly I had to modify it because it was for an older version of phpnuke (5.5 ?) or something like that.

If I can find it again, I will post it.

Ass-Holes Anonymous! Here it is. Remember, this isn't for any newer versions of PHPNuke. You can't just drop this in and expect it to work. The files included are already modified, and there aren't any step by step instructions.

The readme text has a little information regarding the changes made.

BE CAREFUL INSTALLING THIS. MAKE BACKUPS!!!! MAKE BACKUPS!!! MAKE BACKUPS!!!

EDIT: What's up with the AlcoholicsAnonymous??? I typed A H A (without the spaces??)
