My page has an error msg every time it loads for a guest user (on the index page above the top banner)

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/home/erinj/public_html/index.php:8) in /usr/home/erinj/public_html/mainfile.php on line 150

I cant figure out why, and non of the registered users get it after they log in. and even if they arent logged in after they dont get it unless they deleted their cookies.

Any first time user sees it and thats so far is the only thing that is realy wrong so far.
Every thing seems to be working right other wise.

HOW DO I FIX IT.

I've asked somewhere else already but he couldnt see why either.

what if you got version 7.3 php and it doesnt even read close to that
