Ive been working on this theme and ive come across two problems i cant figure out.
1) First is I cant figure out how to get the news articles to center up on the mainpage.
2) Ive got a glitch in my footer file somehow, and it keeps creating extra uneeded space across my page.
If anyone might have some idea's any help would be great. This is the first theme ive attemted, and after 11hours now im just getting frusterated at it. But wont give up till its working right.

Check your table codes. Your main table should flow between your header, left_center, center_right and footer pages. I can't tell from looking at your footer code, but all that should be happening in the footer is the closing of the "body" table and the beginning of the footer table.

it appears that your footer msg is aligning on the same level as the image for your footer, i would assume that you want your footer msg to appear beneath your footer img

if you change the alignment in this table

to center, that will move the image to the center position and your footer msg will drop below it

Right on. Sometimes I miss being around it all(aviation) but I dont miss the long hours. Never had a week with less than 60hours but averaged 70 to 80. Money was good but hours not worth it , no life. Anyhoos thanks for your help.
