I'm not sure how to do the CHMOD for 7.6 platinum in DreamWeaver. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

You do a change mod via ftp, "My Network Places" or your Webserver control panel. FTp you can just right-click on the file and select properties. Do the same thing when using "My Network Places" to connect. Via control panel you should have something called "file manager", go into that select the files or folders you want to change and you should see something like "change permissions".
