Try this, backup your authors.php file located in: admin > modules > authors.php. And then upload a new one from you version of Nuke.

BTW what is " NSN 2.1.3" ?

No luck. I'm gonna back up the entire admin directory though and then put the original in there. Might mean site will become useless more than it is already but I will at least know if thats where to look. NSN is Nuke Sentinel
