In the site Your Account there is the Points system and says user must be subbed to newsletter to gain points for participating.

However, there is no place on sight to sub to newsletter. We have a working newsletter, but even I cannot figure out how to sub to it. When I add a new user, I get the option to sub them, but still no one is getting points.

I have never seen that someone has to be subscribed to newsletter to gain points but here are some other things you can check:

1. Set up at least one user group in your admin control panel [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] under the link "users groups"

2. Define some point values in the table below after you create at least one user group then click on the update button to save the point value.

3. Then test by performing the task you assigned points to and it should work if it was like mine.
