I want to start fresh with a new site and what not but I dont want to lose my forums or my user data base.

Can I pull out the forums and users and put them on a new site?

What Im asking is I want to delete everything but the forums and users and start over with everything else.

How can i do that, i run 7.5 phpnuke and phpBB 2.0.10 how can I pull them out and then put them back in?

any ideas are is that clear as mud LOL

export your database, install the new from scratch, and set up the nuke and forum preferences, import the old nuke_users table (careful not to mess up your admin account settings.
then comes the hard part...
start importing "almost" all the tables starting with nuke_bb*** just check each one first, so you know whether you actually need them.

a quicker way would be to make a copy of the saved .sql files, then sit down and go through the each table, deleting all the ones you won't need, and then import the whole thing at once.

Cool thanks for that info. I can do all the sql stuff just want to make sure i dont lose anything.
