I unrared it, just wanted to know if there is any install doc for this?

I am stick on wat to do, and were to upload the files.

k, i installed the file in the html folder, but once i did that... everthing worked with .html but,. when i tried to add the new link, in weblinks, it just keeps refreshing the page without going to the link input form. This only happned once i installed the googletap.. any help.//
