Hi, I had a user say that he changed his email address in his profile and now when he loggs in, it shows logged in, but cannot access forums? he can access my account, it will show 4 new PM's, but if he clicks on forums it brings him to a forums page without any topics and such?
If they choose Your Info from the navbar menu, it brings them to ""/modules.php?name=Forums&file=profile&mode=editprofile"" but the page shows only forums header ( as if they ar enot logged in) and thats it??
I duplicated the issue with hs login ID and PW, any clues??
he said he never recieved a confirmation email of an email address change, does nuke do that ?

Thanks!

Well folks, nuke does send out a confirm email after you change the email on file thru your profile, but if you never click that email it will never completly activate account..

What I did, was go into the PHP DB and change the value for USER_ACTIVE from 0 to 1, worked fine....

I dont know what happened to the email, it worked on my test login, go figure.. spam blockers prob..

BUT, this is a good one to know if you have users that jack up there accounts..
