Has anyone every attempted to write your own mod for the NukeLadder v2.4 module?

I am in need of a "campaign" style of mod to help administer our gaming league at eto-league.com.

The scoring is different than your normal mod like knockout, or league. Campaign revolves around a strategic map in Europe.

Each hex is worth points. The Division mod is somewhat what I am going for but I need it to be predetermined that one side is Axis and the other is Allied, instead of Division1 and Division2. You join and choose which side your clan is fighting for. Points are totaled for each side and do not represent any one clans "standing" but overall standing of the Axis or Allied.

City points are worth more. The challenge.php would display drop down boxes of who you are challendging and what hex your are moving to. The code would check to see if the hex is already occupied.

If anybody has some good experience with this I have a private development forum started and a test site set up. Just need some talent to get this done. It would be for public release.
