Navigation block download - instal procedure

Tried to get this up and running but I think I'm putting the extracted files in the wrong place.

Instal instructions say

1) Upload ALL files to the /blocks/ folder

Ive put 'block_navigation.php' in the blocks dir with all the others, and copied 'navigation_files' folder straight over into blocks.

When I run blocks admin, the page is blank apart from top and left bars.
Quick wristslap and correct instal path much appreciated.

I just tried installing this block also. Uploaded "block-navigation.php" to my blocks directory and also uploaded the "navigation" folder to the blocks directory (both files are in the navigation directory also. When I activate the block I get a "parse error on line 14 in block-navigation.php". Cant get it to work. I am using phpnuke 7.5 and downloaded it from here.

I also get a blank page when I tried going back to my admin. Had to delete the files that I uploaded to get it back. (also, when I do get it to work... is it possible to change the images on the navigation menu - I noticed that on yours you have folders)
