well, i was making a "Site Partners" block

such as...


Partner Site Button

<hr>

Partner Site Button

<hr>


a real simple block...

but i wanted a way to make the partner buttons fade, then when you mouse over, they slowly come into full color.

can anyone help me out? i know nothing of javascripts icon_sad.gif
