Welcome to CZ Jebo-DeViL. Now since you stated you are new to Nuke I have to ask this basic question:
When you go to publish the news article in the Admin Control Panel theres a drop down menu...by default it says: "Preview Story" and if you hit the drop down arrow it says: "Post Story". Are you using the Post Story for publishing?

yes i'm using the post option.

if i go to stories archive, or even the topics, all stays on zero.
its not recording it, or publishing it on the mainpage ?

You could try deleting your news module and re uploading it. Also you really should patch up with 3.1, you can find it here: [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]
