I have a template uploaded and several blocks added and now want to edit my links in the Navigation Menu but I dont know how.
I have gone into Admin panel and into Models and click on Contents to actually make the pages but I dont know how to add the links to the navigation bar.
I have activated the contents module so it shows in the Navigation bar.
But I have to click on it to go into the pages inside which is stupid and not what I want.
Any help with this would be great as I am in great need to finish my site.

Sorry folks im new at php

welcome to codezwiz excellent place to start icon_mrgreen.gif

it would be better if we could see your site but np

this code is taken from DeepBlue theme ( default theme comes with php nuke )
its in your site root/Themes/DeepBlue/theme.php

<a href=\"index.html\"><img border=\"0\" src=\"themes/DeepBlue/images/home.gif\" width=\"140\" height=\"18\"></a>"
   ."<a href=\"modules.php?name=Your_Account\"><img border=\"0\" src=\"themes/DeepBlue/images/account.gif\" width=\"140\" height=\"18\"></a>"
   ."<a href=\"downloads.html\"><img border=\"0\" src=\"themes/DeepBlue/images/downloads.gif\" width=\"140\" height=\"18\"></a>"
   ."<a href=\"submit.html\"><img border=\"0\" src=\"themes/DeepBlue/images/submit.gif\" width=\"140\" height=\"18\"></a>"
   ."<a href=\"topics.html\"><img border=\"0\" src=\"themes/DeepBlue/images/topics.gif\" width=\"140\" height=\"18\"></a>"
   ."<a href=\"modules.php?name=Top\"><img border=\"0\" src=\"themes/DeepBlue/images/top10.gif\" width=\"140\" height=\"18\"></a>"

see the navigate links like home, account ,downloads,submit news, Topics,top10 they all are modules

hope this gives you the idea *winks*

ummm your theme has flash nav bar comes from ssdesign also not php nuke but nuke platinum

i would ask their forums if they can create the flash navigation images with the ones you want

if you can create your own images i would look themes/MOH/themes.php

for example if you hit donwloads it will take you to [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] link

if you wanna put a link to ure nav bar like Top 10 instead Downloads you should use [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] link

so you can search your theme. php for that images and change them with the ones you create and point that link to the module you wanna link to

Psssssssssstt..some1....

Unless I'm mistaken, he's not talking about the Navigation in the header, he's talking about the Main Menu block on the left.

/************* Theme Cpanel Compatibility. Do not remove these lines unless you know what you are doing. They affect the theme **************/
$sql = "SELECT link1name, link2name, link3name, link4name, link5name, link1url, link2url, link3url, link4url, link5url, themeflash, themesearch, pmpop, leftblockstemp, rightblockstemp, sitemsg, sitelogin, broadcastmsg, clock, forumleftblocks FROM ".$prefix."_themecpanel";
$result = $db->sql_query($sql);
$row = $db->sql_fetchrow($result);
$link1name = $row[Battlefield 2 News];
$link2name = $row[link2name];
$link3name = $row[link3name];
$link4name = $row[link4name];
$link5name = $row[link5name];
$link1url = $row[http://www.prosite.northafrikakorp.com/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=1];
$link2url = $row[link2url];
$link3url = $row[link3url];
$link4url = $row[link4url];
$link5url = $row[link5url];
$leftblockstemp = $row[leftblockstemp];
$rightblockstemp = $row[rightblockstemp];
$forumleftblocks = $row[forumleftblocks]

What I did was added the url to link 1 and the name of the link (Battlefield 2 News)
I then saved and upoloaded the theme php. But still didn't work as it didn't show on the menu.
And after a refresh the site went down lol so I had to delete what I tried

Any idea's

Yeah I noticed I have that link wrong as it contains the word contents in it
New pages are done in the contents folder aren't they?
If they are though shouldn't they have the word contents in the link name so it finds it.
