Hey guys I was wondering.. how on earth can you get for each block a seperate image bg..?

I tried to remove the bgcolor/bg picture in blocks.html and then add a bg image for the block in the block-name.php but then it just shows a black bg...
Can anyone explain to me how to do it? icon_smile.gif
