Cant' do Massive Emailing

I did some searches here but did not seem to find the issue. However I am continuing my search.

My Issue::: I am not sure that went wrong preventing me from sending "Massive Email" whether I try for within the Froum Administration panel or nuke Administration Menu and I just do not know at what stage this happened sine for a longtime I never send out newsletter but I now have the need to start sending newsletters. (a little over 3000 emails in the database)

Can I be please be guided as to where I should start looking for the reason why I can't send the mails. After I hit the send button the page starts loading and then just returns to the form.

Than for any help.
