But what are the Contents for? And can they be categorized also?

Contents can be used to add your own pages easily using HTML etc, and yes they can be categorised.

So, are Contents only accessible for the Admin? And if they are used, do they appear for browsing if the Module is not activated (via Search, for example)?

Basically, to add my old website pages, I have been creating Topics/Categories for them, and using the Add News in the Admin to add them. Is this correct, or should I use the Content instead, and leave the Add News for visitors? I don't really understand the difference between the two when adding pages to the site.

Sorry to hassle you, but I really need to know the difference!

Content is accessible to who you make it accessible too. Meaning just like any other module you can set the permissions for it.

I would like to display the right blocks in any page created using the content module, can somebody help on what needs to be changed in the code to do this?
