Whenever anyone tries to signup on my site, at the end of their registration this error displays.

ERROR: There was a problem with the database.

I have no idea what is wrong with it...any ideas?

Hi

Possibly you missed a point when installing CNB Your Account module and it cant connect to your database .I would try to reinstall carefully step by step .

P.s: if you dont wanna baned from Adsense read their Tos carefully also i think with the latest update you cant use more then 2 (same) referral button on same page.
