Edit Admins Module not working...

I'm using PHP Nuke 7.9 and I just installed it on my server. When I use the "Edit Admins" module to try and create a new Admin all I get is a blank page when I add the New Admin details. Nothing happens...

Any suggestions as to what might be wrong?

When your submitting the form it goes to another operation to save the data. That function either has an error in it or the security is not allowing you to save it for some reason. Could you attach your admin/modules/edit_admin.php file. If it isnt named that then something similar.
