Im having some trouble with my site. My users arent able to edit their personal information or change themes, not sure how long this has been a problem. anyone have an Idea?

Check your permissions link in the admin section also check your config for the forums, threw the forums admin page.

sounds like something is checked and it shouldn't be. all those are on off things you can set in one of the settings files.
